Beyond the results

The work behind the marks.

Seamus spent grades 9–11 balancing soccer with track for Ranney. He is now giving track his full athletic focus.

A stress fracture in his shin, sustained during high jump, cut his spring track season short. He has since healed and returned to training.

He is preparing for the 2026–27 indoor season with regular weightlifting, sprint work, and hurdle and jump technique. His focus now is on building strength, refining his technique and getting ready to race this winter.
